Cleared Program Manager (Aerospace)

Location: Remote position with regular weekly customer and team engagements; hybrid remote/in-office work is expected, with preference for candidates based in the D.C. area or Livermore, California.

What you will do

• Lead multiple complex programs and coordinate cross-functional teams toward strategic objectives.
• Manage program budgets, resources, schedules, risks, performance metrics, and delivery timelines.
• Navigate US Government acquisition processes, regulations, compliance requirements, and contract structures.
• Manage transitions from prototype to production and improve technology and manufacturing readiness levels.
• Build relationships with government agencies, civil and defense customers, and internal stakeholders.
• Contribute program management inputs to FFP, T&M, and CPFF proposals while driving process improvements and team development.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret security clearance is required; eligibility for SCI access is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience leading and delivering complex programs, preferably for US Government customers in space or network communications.
• Experience with schedules, project management plans, deliverables, program management reviews, and customer presentations.
• In-depth knowledge of US Government acquisition, regulations, compliance, FAR/DFARS, and FFP, T&M, and cost-type contracts.
• Experience managing budgets, resources, financial tracking, risks, and cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience; willingness to travel occasionally.
