Senior Project Specialist (Fintech)

What you will do

• Participate in regional discussions to capture and translate requirements into actionable projects.
• Coordinate with HQ departments (Technical, Operations, Finance, Legal, Risk) as a communication bridge.
• Maintain master list of requests, prioritize tasks, and manage timelines and interdependencies.
• Track progress using tools like Gitlab, identify bottlenecks, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Develop standardized workflows and documentation for repeatable tasks.
• Liaise with external partners and ensure regulatory compliance for target markets.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business, IT, Finance, Fintech, or equivalent.
• 3-5 years in fintech, financial services, or payment industry.
• Experience in project coordination preferred.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Language: Bahasa Malaysia and English required; Mandarin a plus.
