Salary: $56,271.60–$131,159.70 base salary per year, plus eligibility for a team incentive bonus plan.

What you will do

• Create, develop, plan, write, and edit operational, instructional, maintenance, and test procedures.
• Produce documentation for paper, multimedia, web-based publications, user sites, and embedded user assistance technology.
• Interview users and technical staff to gather information for documentation.
• Research and translate technical information into manuals and web-based documents for technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Document engineering processes and specifications and recommend formats that meet technical and customer requirements.
• Ensure documentation conforms to company documentation and quality assurance standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience.
• Experience creating and editing technical, operational, instructional, maintenance, or test documentation.
• Ability to translate technical information for technical and nontechnical users.
• Ability to work onsite in Beverly, Massachusetts.
