Base pay: Structures Analyst I — $108,000–$135,000 annually; Structures Analyst II — $124,000–$155,000 annually.

hirify.global is developing the ES-30, a 30-passenger regional hybrid-electric aircraft with a 200 km zero-emission electric range and a 400 km extended hybrid range.

What you will do

  • Perform classical structural analysis and finite element analysis of composite and metallic aircraft components using tools such as Nastran, Patran, Abaqus, and ANSYS.
  • Build and modify FEA models for static, dynamic, and fatigue analyses.
  • Interpret simulation results and document findings and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with design engineers on structural sizing, weight optimization, and design iterations.
  • Support structural testing through test setup, data review, and analysis correlation.
  • Investigate structural issues, contribute to root-cause analysis, and maintain organized analysis records.

Requirements

  • Structures Analyst I: 0–2 years of professional experience, internships, or co-ops; Structures Analyst II: 2–5 years of professional industry experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Exposure to composite and/or metallic structures and familiarity with FEA tools.
  • Foundational understanding of structural mechanics, materials, and aerospace structures.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and technical communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate technical information clearly in written and verbal English.

Nice to have

  • Startup experience and exposure to composite materials and manufacturing methods.
  • Experience with CATIA, SolidWorks, or NX.
  • Familiarity with FAA or EASA certification concepts.
  • Introductory Python or scripting experience for analysis automation.
  • Master’s degree or progress toward one in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering.
