Field Marketing Manager (AI, APAC)

Location: Singapore; hybrid policy requires staff to be in an office at least 25% of the time, with some roles requiring more

What you will do

• Build and lead the APAC field marketing function, establishing scalable frameworks and processes from scratch.
• Develop enterprise and startup programs across diverse APAC markets, including executive roundtables, customer events, conferences, partner programs, and ABM activations.
• Align regional marketing initiatives with sales territory, account, pipeline, and revenue goals.
• Establish lead scoring, attribution, ROI reporting, and post-program analysis frameworks.
• Manage partners, vendors, industry organizations, third-party event activations, and the regional marketing budget.
• Define the regional team plan and hire and lead additional staff as the function expands.

Requirements

• 14+ years of B2B enterprise marketing experience, including field marketing, ABM, and demand generation in APAC.
• Software company experience and a deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles and buying processes.
• Experience building and scaling field marketing and demand generation programs from the ground up.
• Strong analytical, budgeting, financial management, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience adapting marketing strategy across diverse international markets and managing complex multi-country programs.
• Existing right to work in Singapore is required.

Nice to have

• Experience marketing AI/ML or complex technical products to enterprise customers.
• Experience building and leading APAC demand generation teams.
• Knowledge of account-based marketing strategies and execution.
• Experience as the first field marketing hire in a new region or at a high-growth technology company.
• Fluency in multiple Asia Pacific languages and knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements for marketing activities.
