What you will do

• Define, craft, and amplify the company story across public-facing channels.
• Write and publish blog posts and deep-dive articles explaining technical innovations to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Manage daily social media communications and engage investors, customers, candidates, and partners.
• Identify industry awards and prepare applications.
• Lead communication of the company mission, vision, and work at conferences and in the media.
• Own messaging strategy, press releases, and company announcements across external channels.

Requirements

• Experience translating complex technical concepts into clear and compelling narratives.
• Ability to write technical content, thought leadership articles, and public-facing communications.
• Ability to manage social media and external brand communications.
• Comfort working across technical writing, communications, conferences, awards, and media.
• Ability to work on-site in Palo Alto.
