Lead Partner Success Implementation Engineer (SaaS)

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid schedule with 2 days in the office and 3 days working remotely each week.

What you will do

• Provide expert technical guidance, platform support, and troubleshooting for partner customers.
• Lead complex implementation projects covering advanced configuration, integrations, deployment architecture, and onboarding strategies.
• Manage critical escalations, drive root-cause analysis, and improve platform performance through systemic fixes.
• Define readiness criteria and guide the transition from implementation to steady-state support.
• Collaborate with Partner Success Managers, TAMs, engineering, and product teams on adoption plans and roadmap alignment.
• Create technical playbooks, lead knowledge-sharing sessions, coach Implementation Engineers, and represent partner needs in executive reviews.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in implementation engineering, solutions engineering, technical support, or a related customer-facing technical role.
• Strong expertise in diagnosing complex issues across integrations, APIs, configuration, and deployment environments.
• Ability to lead technical projects, influence stakeholders, and collaborate across functions without direct authority.
• Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to executive stakeholders.
• Availability for up to 20% regional travel, with occasional international travel as needed.
