RX Fulfillment Coordinator

Location: Remote anywhere in the United States; weekday and weekend shifts from 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. CST, with Tuesday and Wednesday off. Coverage includes holidays and a 365/24/7 operation.

Salary: $20–22 per hour, plus eligibility for a performance bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Process prescriptions ordered by Teladoc providers accurately and on time under prescriber and supervisor guidance.
• Support patients, providers, and pharmacies through incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and electronic messages.
• Initiate and submit online prior-authorization requests to health insurance carriers.
• Handle escalated patient and provider calls and work toward appropriate resolutions.
• Manage daily tasks against department performance metrics and maintain accurate case documentation.
• Protect confidential information and follow HIPAA and other applicable regulations.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Active national Pharmacy Technician certification, Medical Assistant certification, or LPN/LVN license.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician, Medical Assistant, or LPN/LVN.
• At least 1 year of call-center experience.
• Knowledge of healthcare and medical terminology and strong familiarity with prescription medications.
• Current authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future; hirify.global does not sponsor or transfer employment work visas.

• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.
• Strong customer service, written and verbal communication, time-management, and organizational skills.
• Computer literacy, multitasking ability, and experience managing multiple systems.
