Applications/Integration Engineer (RMAC)

Location: Onsite in Savannah, United States; willingness to travel domestically to other Atlas deployment sites or hirify.global headquarters. Ability to support shifts from 6am–2pm and 2pm–10pm as needed.

Salary: $134,000–$170,000 annually.

hirify.global develops robotic systems, including the Atlas humanoid robot, for applications such as automotive manufacturing.

What you will do

• Design data collection tasks, scenarios, success criteria, and curricula for Atlas capabilities in automotive manufacturing.
• Create playbooks for consistent, high-quality data generation and execute Operational Level Testing and Factory Acceptance Testing for behavior policies.
• Coach robot pilots, collaborate with annotation teams, and provide feedback to the Behavior team on system usability and performance.
• Act as the Robot Captain and first responder for Atlas hardware and software issues, analyzing logs, telemetry, and real-time code to localize failures.
• Manage the experiment queue, track fleet performance metrics, and coordinate issue resolution with onsite hardware support and Atlas engineering teams.
• Develop site integration playbooks, manage network configuration, and coordinate data and workflow integration for HMGMA and Glovis deployments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in field application engineering, systems engineering, or robotics operations.
• Proficiency with Linux, including Ubuntu command-line management, networking, and telemetry.
• Experience with JIRA and data-driven monitoring tools such as Tableau.
• Proficiency in Python, C++, or scripting for custom tools, workflow automation, and integration troubleshooting.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to research scientists, executive stakeholders, and daily operators.
