Land Acquisition Project Manager (Construction)

What you will do

• Manage residential development sites from pre-acquisition through construction.
• Review property documents, due diligence reports, development agreements, impact fee audits, and school agreements.
• Coordinate work and information sharing across Land Development, Acquisitions, Construction, Sales, and Marketing.
• Oversee budgets, development schedules, community opening projections, and acquisition status.
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and municipal staff while managing entitlement and land activities.
• Conduct site inspections to track progress, identify risks, and support project decisions.

Requirements

• Experience managing land acquisition and residential development activities.
• Ability to complete and maintain property due diligence documentation before contingency and proforma deadlines.
• Knowledge of entitlements, zoning, platting, development agreements, and impact fee or school agreements.
• Ability to coordinate with engineers, consultants, municipal staff, and internal departments.
• Ability to travel overnight.
• Professional and ethical approach to business and customer service.
