What you will do

• Develop and deploy behavioral cloning, reinforcement learning, and diffusion models for complex robotic tasks.
• Use image, force, and torque data to improve robotic manipulation and control.
• Design and implement vision-language-action models for responsive robotic systems.
• Build strategies for data collection, fleet learning, and continuous learning throughout the solution lifecycle.
• Optimize and deploy learning-based robot control and object manipulation methods across industrial robotic cells.
• Collaborate with hardware and software teams to integrate manipulation, control, and planning algorithms into robotic platforms.

Requirements

• Master’s or Ph.D. degree in robotics, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• Published research at leading conferences such as NeurIPS, ICLR, ICML, CoRL, or RLC.
• Experience applying machine learning to robot manipulation and building models from scratch for real-world deployment.
• Experience with robotic simulation tools such as Isaac Sim or MuJoCo.
• Experience with pose estimation, segmentation, active perception, and affordance-based bin picking.
• Strong C++ or Python programming skills and experience deploying scalable autonomous robotics solutions.
