Care Specialist

Location: Remote in the Dallas, TX area; evening and weekend coverage follows Central Time.

Salary: $19.23–$24.00 per hour

What you will do

• Support members by phone, email, and chat with empathy and professionalism.
• Help families navigate care solutions and corporate benefits.
• Guide members to mental health resources through EAP and provide urgent shelter, food, and crisis resources.
• Verify member eligibility and document interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Meet service-level agreements, customer satisfaction targets, and other daily and weekly KPIs.

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of customer or client service experience, preferably in social work, public health, or another human services field.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
• High emotional intelligence and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliability, adaptability, and openness to continuous coaching.
• Availability for evening and weekend shifts in Central Time, with occasional holiday coverage.
