What you will do

• Design and implement a unified global licensing and regulatory authorisation strategy.
• Coordinate regional licensing teams across jurisdictions and align their work with global business priorities.
• Oversee licensing applications, regulatory submissions, supervisory engagement, and authorisation processes.
• Guide operational readiness covering governance, capital, reporting, and other regulatory obligations.
• Assess regulatory feasibility and risk for new markets and product expansions.
• Lead and mentor the global regulatory and licensing team.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in regulatory licensing, authorisations, regulatory affairs, compliance, or related fields.
• Experience in financial services, payments, fintech, crypto, or technology.
• Proven ability to manage complex authorisation processes across multiple regions or markets.
• Strong understanding of global regulatory frameworks and supervisory expectations.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, strategic planning, and project management skills.
• Experience leading or working within regional or matrixed teams is highly preferred.
