Solutions Engineer (Fintech)

Location: Remote - EMEA, focused on Turkey / EMEA; travel within Turkey / EMEA may be required.

What you will do

• Provide technical support and relationship management for enterprise customers across Turkey and EMEA.
• Support pre-sales discussions, solution design, API consultations, RFPs, security questionnaires, and technical demonstrations.
• Guide enterprise customers through API integration, implementation, onboarding, and platform adoption.
• Translate Turkish business and technical requirements into specifications for global Product and Engineering teams.
• Coordinate with local compliance teams, operations, regulators, vendors, and partners on regional requirements.
• Create technical documentation and Turkish-language support materials, and help test and roll out new product features.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise or B2B customers in technical, sales engineering, or solutions engineering roles, preferably at API- or SaaS-first companies.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, SDKs, software integration workflows, WebSockets, Postman, Grafana, and JSON.
• Native or business-level Turkish is essential for communication with partners, vendors, and regulators.
• Business-level English for collaboration with global, cross-functional teams.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and manage multiple assignments independently.
• Experience working in a startup environment with strong attention to detail and ownership through completion.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, capital markets, brokerage, financial APIs, or securities firms in Turkey / EMEA.
• Knowledge of brokerage, post-trade, settlement operations, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience closing enterprise deals alongside Account Executives.
• US securities qualifications such as SIE or Series 7.
• Familiarity with Metabase, FIX, OpenAPI, ReadMe, or technical documentation.
