Principal Platform Engineer (Agentic AI)

What you will do

• Implement, configure, and operate the Internal Developer Platform end to end.
• Build self-service workflows, service catalogue entries, scaffolders, and golden path templates.
• Integrate platform tooling with Kairos, Nexus, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native infrastructure.
• Create developer documentation, guides, and enablement materials.
• Support product development teams and contribute to platform standards, architecture decisions, and the IDP roadmap.
• Identify and resolve platform reliability and performance issues while collaborating with adjacent platform teams.

Requirements

• Hands-on production experience building or operating Internal Developer Platforms.
• Practical experience with Backstage, Port, Cortex, or comparable IDP tooling.
• Experience with service catalogues, scaffolders, golden paths, self-service infrastructure workflows, and CI/CD integrations.
• Strong engineering capability with Go, React and Next.js, Apache Kafka or Redpanda, and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with IaC, DevOps toolchains, event-driven architecture, Kubernetes on AKS, containers, and GitOps.
• Experience supporting and enabling development teams in a platform engineering capacity.
