Employee Relations Partner

Location: Onsite in BangPa-in, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya, Thailand

What you will do

• Provide strategic and practical guidance on employee relations matters across Thailand.
• Lead complex cases involving misconduct, grievances, performance management, workplace conflict, labor disputes, and policy violations across Thailand and APAC.
• Conduct and support workplace investigations, including fact-finding, recommendations, and case reporting.
• Lead regional union and labor relations activities, including negotiations, consultations, collective agreements, and workplace changes.
• Coach managers on performance management, disciplinary actions, documentation, and employee communications.
• Develop manager education, preventative employee relations programs, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Thai is required.
• Deep expertise in Thailand employment law, labor relations practices, and workplace culture.
• At least 8 years of employee relations or industrial relations experience.
• Strong judgment and decision-making skills when assessing employee matters and determining fair, consistent outcomes.
• Ability to build trusted relationships and influence senior leaders in a matrixed multinational environment.
• Advanced analytical, problem-solving, coaching, and leadership-influence skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in union management or labor relations.
• Experience developing manager capability in performance management, equitable practices, and respectful workplace behavior.
