Head of Regulatory Affairs (AI)

What you will do

• Design and execute global regulatory affairs strategies for the hirify.global Data business vertical.
• Monitor, analyze, and communicate regulatory changes, risks, and opportunities related to AI and P2P technologies.
• Lead regulatory advocacy, agency interactions, and engagement with policymakers, regulators, industry bodies, and collaborative communities.
• Develop regulatory strategies and identify suitable markets from which to operate while preparing for national and international compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with R&D, legal, compliance, and external partners to integrate regulatory considerations into AI model and technology development.
• Educate internal teams and represent the organization through thought leadership and public regulatory discussions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior regulatory role, ideally in technology, AI, or digital industries.
• Strong knowledge of global AI regulations, data privacy laws such as GDPR, and emerging AI and P2P governance trends.
• Understanding of decentralized, self-sovereign, and locally executed AI/P2P architectures and their regulatory implications.
• Experience working with regulators and government bodies, including securing favorable policy positions.
• Expertise in complex regulatory documents, major submissions, and regulatory authority interactions.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Policy, Computer Science, or a related field, plus excellent written and verbal communication skills.
