Location: Remote worldwide, with the team working from every corner of the world

What you will do

  • Design and execute global regulatory affairs strategies for the hirify.global Data business vertical.
  • Monitor and analyse global regulatory policy changes, communicating risks and opportunities to executive leadership.
  • Lead regulatory advocacy, agency interactions, and engagement with policymakers, industry bodies, and relevant communities.
  • Develop regulatory strategies and identify suitable markets from which to operate.
  • Collaborate with R&D, legal, compliance, and external partners to integrate regulatory considerations into AI and P2P technology design and deployment.
  • Educate internal teams and represent the organisation in regulatory discussions and public forums.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior regulatory role, ideally in technology, AI, or digital industries.
  • Strong knowledge of global AI regulations, data privacy laws such as GDPR, and emerging AI and P2P governance trends.
  • Understanding of decentralised, self-sovereign, and locally executed AI/P2P architectures and their regulatory implications.
  • Experience working with regulators and government bodies, including achieving favourable policy outcomes.
  • Expertise preparing complex regulatory documents, major submissions, and regulatory authority engagements.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Policy, Computer Science, or a related field; excellent communication, stakeholder management, and independent working skills.

  • Legal, compliance, or policy background with a deep understanding of ethical AI principles.
