Location: Remote within the United States; must be physically located in the Greater Seattle Metropolitan area or SF Bay Area

Salary: US Tier 1: $236,000–$354,000; US Tier 2: $212,400–$318,600; US Tier 3: $188,800–$283,200

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end ChemSim product strategy, vision, roadmap, and commercial expansion.
• Hire, develop, and lead 3–4 product management individual contributors across the Catalysis, Batteries, PFAS, and Magnets verticals.
• Partner with the Core Platform product leadership to define and prioritize capabilities for contractual and commercial milestones.
• Define the go-to-market strategy, pricing, packaging, customer segmentation, and expansion into new industrial verticals.
• Build product-level relationships with semiconductor, chemical, manufacturing, and national laboratory partners.
• Establish metrics and operating rhythms covering CHIPS Act delivery, product adoption, ARR, retention, and expansion.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience, including 5+ years managing teams of individual contributors.
• Strong expertise in materials science, chemistry, chemical engineering, or an adjacent scientific discipline.
• Experience shipping AI/ML-driven scientific or engineering platform products at enterprise scale, including multi-tenant SaaS, API governance, security, and compliance.
• Experience developing B2B go-to-market strategies for technical software, including pricing, packaging, sales motions, and expansion.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience; MBA or equivalent business leadership and P&L experience.
• Must be physically located in the Greater Seattle Metropolitan area or SF Bay Area.

Nice to have

• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing, oil and gas, energy storage, specialty chemicals, or advanced manufacturing.
• Experience working with semiconductor ecosystem partners such as fabs, equipment OEMs, and chemical suppliers.
• Experience building product-led growth motions for technical or scientific software platforms.
• Experience with U.S. government R&D programs such as the CHIPS Act, DARPA, or DOE.
