Location: Milan, Italy; hybrid workplace

Salary: €40,000–€55,000 gross annual salary

What you will do

• Draft and negotiate contracts and agreements.
• Provide legal advice and conduct research across civil law, intellectual property, corporate law, and real estate.
• Respond to legal requests from end-users, resellers, suppliers, and other third parties regarding products and services.
• Investigate facts, develop legal arguments, and prepare supporting analyses.
• Compile information and prepare statistics, charts, graphs, and summaries of findings.
• Monitor changes in the legal framework and provide timely updates.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Law with honors and a score of 104 or higher.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience as a lawyer at a leading or top-tier law firm.
• Excellent knowledge of Italian and English is required.
• Strong interpersonal, planning, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a changing environment.
