Data Analyst (Intern)

What you will do

• Write SQL queries to analyze events, attendees, and organizations to inform business decisions.
• Build and maintain dashboards to monitor data quality and pipeline health.
• Identify and resolve data errors while investigating root causes.
• Use and evaluate AI/LLM-enabled tools to generate and validate large datasets.
• Conduct structured research to identify key data inputs for machine learning models.
• Collaborate with data and engineering teams on infrastructure and tooling improvements.

Requirements

• Based in New York City and able to work from our Midtown office.
• Available ~20+ hours per week.
• Proficiency in SQL with experience writing non-trivial queries.
• Familiarity with Python is a strong plus.
• Experience with dashboarding tools like Looker, Metabase, or Tableau is a plus.
• Detail-oriented mindset with high ownership over work.
