Salary: $134,000–$187,500 USD per year base salary, plus equity consideration

What you will do

• Own high-priority initiatives without a clear long-term owner.
• Structure ambiguous situations quickly and maintain execution momentum.
• Translate leadership priorities and decisions into coordinated execution.
• Identify and resolve problems and operational bottlenecks with limited oversight.

Requirements

• 3–10 years of progressive experience in high-performance environments such as investment banking, private equity, venture capital, management consulting, or high-growth startups.
• Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to iterate rapidly, adapt, and absorb new information.
• Strong sense of mission and desire to create impact at scale.
• Active TS/SCI clearance or the ability to obtain one.

Nice to have

• Technical background, drone skills, or firsthand drone experience.
• Experience with high-growth, venture-backed startups, defense, or hardware companies.
• Financial modeling experience.
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis techniques.
