What you will do

• Contribute to the development and execution of robust CART manufacturing processes.
• Execute and analyze Design of Experiments (DoE) studies for process optimization and characterization.
• Support clinical-scale non-GMP manufacturing for BLA-enabling activities.
• Drive continuous improvement in process parameters, materials, and operational workflows.
• Collaborate with Project Technical Teams and stakeholders to ensure effective tech transfer.
• Maintain high-quality documentation in electronic notebooks and contribute to regulatory filings.

Requirements

• BS in Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, Molecular & Cell Biology, or Immunology.
• MS with 2+ years of experience or BS with 5+ years of experience.
• Foundational understanding of mammalian cell culture, biochemistry, and immunology.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Gene & Cell Therapy manufacturing.
• Knowledge of continuous manufacturing, genetic modification, and bioreactor expansion.
• Proficiency in flow cytometry for T cell characterization.
• Experience with FMEA and DOE methodologies in biologics.
