SEO Lead

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania; workplace: hybrid

Salary: €4,400–€5,700 gross per month, with flexibility based on skills and competencies.

What you will do

• Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase search visibility and generate organic leads.
• Conduct keyword research, prioritize growth opportunities, and guide content creators.
• Build and implement a high-quality backlink strategy.
• Oversee technical SEO health and optimize the website with content, product, and engineering teams.
• Collaborate with the data team to improve reporting and generate actionable insights.
• Monitor industry trends and identify AI optimization opportunities.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in SEO.
• At least 1 year of team management experience.
• Demonstrated success driving measurable organic traffic growth and contributing to business goals.
• Experience owning SEO projects from planning through execution and results.
• Expertise in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, plus digital marketing channels and search engine analytics tools.
• Fluent English, strong reporting skills, ownership, and a results-driven approach.
