What you will do
- Lead and coordinate development activities for new and existing web applications in a SAFe Agile environment.
- Own end-to-end delivery, ensuring commitments, specifications, quality standards, and engineering best practices are met.
- Manage and develop a multidisciplinary team of software developers, QA specialists, PDAs, and SREs.
- Define team roadmaps, priorities, resourcing plans, and delivery improvements in alignment with customer and business objectives.
- Participate in technical discussions, design reviews, and agile ceremonies to guide scalable, stable, testable, and high-performing solutions.
- Coordinate production support, customer inquiries, risk resolution, reporting, and remediation with development, architecture, QA, and solution teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 7+ years of software development or software engineering experience and 2+ years of team or people management experience.
- Strong planning, communication, organizational, problem-solving, leadership, prioritization, and deadline-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills for customer-facing work.
- Experience with web technologies including Angular, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, TypeScript, RxJS, NgRx, and Bootstrap.
- Knowledge of SOAP, REST, GraphQL, test-driven development, continuous integration, Jenkins, SonarQube, Bitbucket, Git/Stash, SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager, cloud-based systems, and eCommerce products.
- Experience in the travel domain.
