Technology Director

Location: Remote within Colombia

What you will do

• Partner with clients and account leadership to understand technology needs, recommend solutions, and support organic business development.
• Develop and execute technology strategies aligned with business objectives and innovation goals.
• Oversee the assessment, planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Drive quality, security, compliance, testing, code reviews, performance optimization, and technology risk mitigation.
• Guide multidisciplinary engineering teams, technical standards, continuous learning, and professional development.
• Evaluate emerging technologies including generative AI, neural networks, and advanced data solutions.

Requirements

• Experience with mobile application development across React Native, iOS, and Android.
• Experience with modern architectural patterns such as Jamstack and MACH, enterprise platforms, microservices, and cloud infrastructure including AWS, GCP, and Vercel.
• Proven experience leading full-stack web and mobile development teams and mentoring engineering teams of 10 or more developers.
• Experience managing technical and non-technical stakeholders, multiple distributed teams, vendors, priorities, risks, and complex project workstreams.
• Expertise in digital marketing technology stacks, multidisciplinary SDLC governance and scaling, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
• Experience with third-party API integrations, Auth0 authentication, premium content access control, e-commerce security, and payment flows.
