SRE (Site Reliability Engineer) (Java)

What you will do

• Protect and manage production release movement through change control, release governance, playbooks, and standardized release decisions.
• Review change requests, assess feasibility, and evaluate impacts on business processes, systems, stakeholders, data, and security.
• Improve system performance, efficiency, and operational stability in a large-scale distributed environment.
• Identify single points of failure, high-concurrency risks, and SaaS hotspots, then design and implement high-availability solutions.
• Establish emergency response mechanisms for production failures, including stabilization and business recovery.
• Build automation, monitoring, alerting, incident management tools, and other software solutions that support operations and development teams.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience coding in Java.
• Experience designing and developing web application systems.
• Hands-on experience as an SRE or DevOps Engineer.
• Experience with distributed systems, high availability, production operations, and incident response.
