Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)

What you will do

• Analyze problems and collaborate with multiple teams to deliver pragmatic solutions end to end.
• Create, design, develop, and operate a shared infrastructure platform supporting company growth, new products, and international expansion.
• Improve developer experience by treating the platform as a product, simplifying workflows, accelerating time to market, and automating repetitive work.
• Train, coach, and support software engineers in DevOps and SRE practices to enable autonomous teams.
• Maintain platform security and compliance while controlling infrastructure costs.
• Review code, provide constructive feedback, and mentor engineers to support technical growth.

Requirements

• Significant site reliability engineering experience.
• Strong problem-analysis skills and the ability to design pragmatic, simple architectures for problems at scale.
• Commitment to code simplicity, quality, security, performance, and maintainability.
• Ability to understand user and client needs and translate them into relevant engineering solutions.
• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly; prior experience with the listed technology stack is not mandatory.
