Graduate Developer Programme (C++/C#/Python)

Location: Chicago, with a 10-week training period based in London before returning to Chicago for two 14-week rotations.

Total compensation: $140,000–$170,000 per year.

What you will do

• Build and optimize systems used in real-time trading.
• Develop and maintain performance-critical infrastructure.
• Contribute to production systems early in the program.
• Collaborate directly with Developers, Traders, Technology teams, and senior stakeholders.
• Complete two hands-on rotations in Chicago following the London training period.

Requirements

• Final-year undergraduate or master’s student.
• Genuine interest in software development and curiosity to learn.
• Familiarity with at least one programming language.
• Ability to solve problems critically, make decisions, synthesize information, and translate complexity into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborative, adaptable, accountable, and results-focused approach.
• Willingness to adopt and use emerging AI technologies.
