What you will do

• Lead creative development for campaigns, social media, websites, and paid media.
• Produce high-quality videos, including customer stories, thought leadership content, and product demos.
• Design graphics, visuals, sales collateral, landing pages, and advertisements.
• Maintain visual brand consistency across marketing and sales touchpoints.
• Manage creative production timelines, asset libraries, and project priorities.
• Collaborate with content, digital, outbound, and external creative partners.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, video production, or creative marketing.
• Portfolio featuring marketing campaigns, social content, and branded video.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or equivalent tools.
• Experience creating assets for paid media, email, social media, and sales enablement.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to work quickly, collaborative mindset, and ownership.
• Proactive, results-driven approach with an interest in contributing to business growth.

Nice to have

• Experience with robotics, logistics, or technical product storytelling.
• Motion graphics or animation experience.
• Familiarity with B2B marketing teams or startup environments.
