Technician IV - Equipment

What you will do

• Set up, repair, monitor, and maintain assembly equipment to keep it operational and available for production.
• Provide daily or shift reports to the Equipment Engineer.
• Keep preventive maintenance and calibration requirements up to date.
• Collaborate with operators and engineers to resolve machine- and process-related quality issues.
• Update downtime and uptime reports in the R7/R8 system and participate in AM-PM and 5S programs.
• Maintain good housekeeping across the production line and maintenance rooms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• More than 3 years of experience as an Assembly Line Sustaining Technician.
• Experience handling equipment used for QFN, TQFP, and SOIC package assembly.
• Knowledge of Backgrind, Wafer Saw, die attach, wire bonding, molding, plating, marking, and packing equipment.
• Familiarity with TS16949, HSPM, failure analysis techniques, and common workplace software such as MS Word and Excel.
• Ability to manage shifting priorities, work across multiple tasks, contribute to a team environment, and respond to off-hours calls.
