AI/Machine Learning Engineer (Python)

Salary: $130,000–$150,000 per year plus bonus potential

What you will do

• Build and maintain Python services, integrations, and data pipelines supporting AI agent functionality.
• Develop reusable libraries, RESTful APIs, and frameworks for AI-driven product capabilities.
• Implement and optimize workflows using LLMs, embeddings, RAG systems, and vector databases.
• Integrate AI/ML libraries and external APIs, including OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, Pinecone, and Weaviate.
• Improve agent reliability and performance through prompt engineering and fine-tuning.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams on architecture, documentation, deployment, and enterprise-scale stability.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of professional experience as a Python Engineer or Backend Engineer.
• Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with JavaScript or TypeScript for integrations.
• Hands-on knowledge of AI/ML frameworks, LLMs, RAG, embeddings, and vector databases.
• Understanding of system integration patterns, RESTful APIs, JSON, and data pipelines.
• Strong debugging, testing, optimization, and clean-code skills.
• Ability to write maintainable and well-documented code.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI/ML engineering in enterprise applications.
• Experience with CRM, ERP, helpdesk, developer, HR, or finance systems.
