What you will do

• Support field marketing campaigns, industry conferences, customer events, roundtables, webinars, and other regional activities.
• Coordinate invitations, registrations, venues, suppliers, promotional materials, communications, and post-event follow-up.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Partners, agencies, event organizers, suppliers, and associations.
• Help develop and localize campaign materials, presentations, email communications, and event collateral.
• Maintain timelines, track deliverables, coordinate stakeholders, and support multiple activities simultaneously.
• Use marketing technologies and CRM platforms for audience management, lead tracking, reporting, and performance analysis.

Requirements

• Recent Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Up to 2 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated interest in marketing, events, technology, healthcare, or B2B business environments.
• Experience using AI tools responsibly in day-to-day work.
