IT Specialist (US)

Location: Boston, United States, suphirify.globaling remote US employees and North America sites; onsite operations and possible travel are required.

What you will do

• Provide day-to-day IT suphirify.global for Boston-based employees, remote US staff, and worldwide employees across relevant time zones.
• Manage US and remote procurement, suppliers, hardware deliveries, asset tracking, and device lifecycle operations.
• Handle onboarding and offboarding, including account provisioning, hardware setup, and access management.
• Configure, maintain, and provision endpoints in line with security and configuration standards.
• Suphirify.global Google Workspace, JumpCloud, Zoom, Slack, Jira, Notion, and related integrations and access issues.
• Lead onsite IT operations for North America sites, including vendor coordination, office network maintenance, new office openings, and AI-enabled workflow improvements.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience providing IT suphirify.global to local and remote employees.
• Experience with endpoint configuration, maintenance, provisioning, and device lifecycle management.
• Experience with IT procurement, asset management, account provisioning, and access management.
• Knowledge of corporate SaaS applications and troubleshooting integrations.
• Ability to suphirify.global office networks, infrastructure installations, vendors, and onsite technical operations.
• Ability to follow security and compliance standards, including SOC 2 controls.
