What you will do

• Edit raw footage into polished videos for social media, marketing campaigns, and internal training.
• Create compelling stories through precise pacing, sequencing, and visual flow.
• Develop motion graphics, including titles, captions, lower thirds, and branded visual elements.
• Perform professional audio synchronization, noise reduction, and color grading.
• Optimize video exports for various platforms including YouTube, TikTok, and company websites.
• Collaborate with marketing teams and creative leads to manage feedback and revision cycles.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Philippines.
• Availability to work during U.S. Business Hours.
• 2+ years of professional video editing experience.
• Proficiency in at least one of Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
• Strong understanding of storytelling, video pacing, and audio editing.
• Reliable high-speed internet and professional remote workspace.

Nice to have

• Experience with Adobe After Effects and complex animation.
• Background in SaaS, E-commerce, or media agencies.
• Understanding of performance marketing metrics like CTR and watch time.
