What you will do
- Create mobile video ads designed to engage millions of users.
- Benchmark competitor creatives and experiment with new ideas for mobile gaming.
- Analyze creative performance and understand how content affects marketing results.
- Work within a small creative squad with colleagues from diverse backgrounds and nationalities.
- Contribute to cross-functional initiatives, including testing new tools.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Advanced video editing and content creation skills.
- Expertise in After Effects.
- Experience building AI scenarios and writing prompts.
- Good understanding of benchmarking and the relationship between creative work and marketing performance.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken, is required. Deep familiarity with the mobile gaming market, particularly hypercasual and casual games, is required.
Nice to have
- Experience with 3D software and/or Unity.
- Creative and hacker mindset.
