Location: New York, NY; hybrid with 3 days per week in the office

Salary: $375,000–$434,000 per year

What you will do

• Advise the CFO and executive team on capital structure, equity raises, debt financing, and capital allocation.
• Lead capital markets transactions from diligence through close with investment banks, counsel, and ratings agencies.
• Build long-range cash forecasts and manage liquidity, cash positioning, concentration, and working capital.
• Own banking relationships and design treasury policies and controls.
• Lead the selection and implementation of a treasury management system.
• Support IPO readiness, board reporting, debt covenant compliance, acquisition diligence, and transaction structuring.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive corporate treasury, corporate finance, or investment banking experience.
• At least 7+ years managing enterprise-wide treasury teams in a large-scale, high-growth business.
• Experience leading multi-billion-dollar capital structures, public or private financings, securitizations, credit syndicates, equipment leasing, and M&A integration financing.
• Deep experience with financial controls, SOX compliance, rating agency presentations, and board-level risk reporting.
• Expertise in multi-entity cash management, merchant acquiring and processing systems, working capital optimization, and supply chain or lease financing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field required.
