Treasurer

Location: New York, NY; hybrid schedule requiring 3 days per week in the office, with the option to work in the office up to 5 days per week.

Salary: $375,000–$434,000 per year in New York.

What you will do

• Advise the CFO and executive team on capital structure, equity raises, debt financing, capital allocation, and fundraising timing.
• Lead capital markets transactions from diligence through close with investment banks, legal counsel, ratings agencies, lenders, and credit investors.
• Build and own long-range cash forecasting, manage daily liquidity and cash concentration, and optimize working capital.
• Own banking relationships, design treasury policies, and select and implement a treasury management system.
• Support IPO readiness, debt covenant compliance, month-end close, cash flow reporting, Board reporting, and liquidity and risk analysis.
• Partner with FP&A, Controllership, corporate development, and leadership on forecasting, acquisitions, transaction structuring, and financing.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive corporate treasury, corporate finance, or investment banking experience, including at least 7+ years managing enterprise-wide treasury teams at a large-scale, high-growth business.
• Experience leading multi-billion-dollar capital structures, including public or private market financings, asset-backed securitizations, complex credit syndicates, equipment leasing, and M&A integration financing.
• Deep experience with IPO and institutional operations, including financial controls, SOX compliance, institutional rating agency presentations, and Board-level risk reporting for a public company or late-stage technology or consumer platform.
• Experience overseeing complex, multi-entity cash management networks, merchant acquiring and processing systems, working capital optimization, and supply chain and lease financing across physical real estate and digital channels.
• Experience advising the CFO, CEO, Board of Directors, and institutional investors and translating capital allocation choices into strategic business roadmaps.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
