Senior Director - Treasury (Debt Capital Markets)

Location: AMER; New York

Base salary: $200,000–$350,000 USD per year, with potential bonus, equity, and/or commission programs.

What you will do

• Lead corporate and project-level financing transactions, including GPU and data center financings, from concept through closing.
• Manage data rooms, diligence responses, lender Q&A, term sheet comparisons, documentation coordination, and closing trackers.
• Oversee transaction models covering debt capacity, pricing, leverage, liquidity, covenant sensitivity, and downside cases.
• Structure and negotiate financing terms covering pricing, collateral, guarantees, draw mechanics, reserves, reporting, and covenants.
• Prepare lender presentations, internal decision materials, committee and Board decks.
• Build lender relationships and oversee post-close handoff to covenant compliance and bank reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in debt capital markets, leveraged finance, corporate treasury, structured finance, private credit, or infrastructure finance.
• Strong financial modeling and transaction management capabilities.
• Experience working directly with banks, credit investors, and legal counsel.
• Experience leading and developing team members.
• Strong judgment, urgency, and follow-through.
