Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (Data Analytics)

Location: São Paulo, Brazil; hybrid work with at least 3 days in the office

What you will do

• Co-lead the global rollout and scale-up of the Deal Performance Tracking platform.
• Partner with regional deal teams to integrate the platform into the end-to-end deal lifecycle and drive adoption.
• Promote data-driven decision-making by identifying opportunities to improve reporting, analytics, and insights.
• Prioritize platform enhancements, define business requirements, and collaborate with Finance, Strategy, Sales Operations, and Technology teams.
• Support user acceptance testing, validation, and release readiness for scalable functionality.
• Develop AI/GenAI use cases, user documentation, training, FAQs, and best-practice sharing across regions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 4 years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or modeling.
• Product management experience translating business requirements into delivered data and analytics solutions.
• Knowledge of AI/GenAI concepts and their application in business analytics.
• Experience with Python, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Fluent English and willingness to work from the São Paulo office at least 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience with global transformation, platform rollouts, or product adoption initiatives in a highly matrixed organization.
• Experience working with Finance, Strategy, Commercial, or Technology stakeholders.
• Experience in process standardization, governance, training, or change management.
