Senior Solutions Consultant (Pre Sales) | Copperleaf | Nordics (Enterprise Software): Designing and demonstrating complex decision analytics solutions for asset-intensive enterprises with an accent on technical sales, enterprise architecture, and executive stakeholder engagement. Focus on configuring demonstration environments, shaping proposals and RFX responses, and translating industry challenges into scalable Copperleaf solutions.

Location: Copenhagen, Capital Region, Denmark; hybrid work with a balance of remote and in-office collaboration.

What you will do

  • Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle for hirify.global Copperleaf solutions.
  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations, executive briefings, presentations, and technical demonstrations.
  • Design enterprise architecture solutions and show prospective clients how Copperleaf fits within their organizations.
  • Manage and customize demo environments, scripts, and technical assets.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives, prospects, clients, and partners to define sales strategies and close opportunities.
  • Respond to RFXs, support proposal development, represent Copperleaf at industry events, and contribute client insights to product evolution.

Requirements

  • Senior Solutions Consultant with at least 3 years of experience.
  • Experience in software presales involving complex products, consulting, solution design, or software implementation.
  • Industry expertise or practical experience in utilities, oil and gas, petrochemicals, transportation, public sector, or manufacturing.
  • Ability to engage with senior executives, technical managers, architectural teams, partners, and other stakeholder groups.
  • Fluent English and fluency in at least one Nordic language are required.
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a technical or engineering field.

Nice to have

  • Experience with SAP, Oracle, IBM, or similar technology solutions.
  • Programming or software development experience, such as C# or another object-oriented language.
  • Experience implementing software and knowledge of asset management or decision analytics.
