Platform Engineering Manager

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania; Workplace: Hybrid

Salary: €5,500–€7,600 gross per month, with flexibility based on skills and experience.

What you will do

• Lead an existing platform infrastructure/DevOps team and ensure consistent, predictable delivery.
• Hire, mentor, and develop engineers while maintaining team health and performance.
• Manage capacity, risks, dependencies, escalations, and delivery planning.
• Align scope and priorities with the Director of Infrastructure and keep stakeholders coordinated.
• Strengthen operational ownership, incident management, and escalation paths.
• Influence DevOps practices, infrastructure tooling, and AI-powered engineering capabilities.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading an engineering team, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and delivery ownership.
• Strong stakeholder management and the ability to translate business needs into clear plans.
• Ownership-driven and pragmatic approach to trade-offs, engineering standards, and reliability improvements.
• Ability to manage complex platform operations at scale, including infrastructure processing 60PB+ of monthly data traffic.

• Background in platform infrastructure.
• Hands-on engineering experience.
