Lead Fullstack Engineer - Project Delivery Add-ons (PHP/Laravel)

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end architecture of modular add-ons across backend, frontend, and integrations.
• Build advanced Laravel backend logic, queues, events, and database schemas for high-traffic e-commerce environments.
• Oversee Vue.js micro-frontend integration using SingleSpa while maintaining performance and UX consistency.
• Lead Docker-based environments, CI/CD pipelines, semantic versioning, and release processes.
• Improve production reliability through monitoring, alerting, and incident response in AWS environments.
• Mentor engineers, review code, guide architectural decisions, and establish responsible AI-assisted coding practices.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience building, scaling, and operating complex fullstack web applications in production.
• Expert proficiency in PHP 8.x and Laravel, including middleware, queues, events, gates, and policies.
• Strong frontend development experience with Vue.js 3, TypeScript, and modern state management.
• Deep expertise in secure, multi-tenant, and distributed system architecture.
• Advanced database and performance engineering skills with MySQL/RDS, Redis caching, schema design, and indexing.
• Experience with Docker, CI/CD, AWS infrastructure, production monitoring, technical leadership, and AI-assisted coding tools.
