Global Communications & PR Director (AI Infrastructure)

Location: Texas, United States. Regular US and international travel is required. The role is flexible with time zones and follows a hybrid-friendly company approach.

What you will do

• Define and execute global and regional communications strategies for AI infrastructure, cloud, and data center innovation.
• Shape messaging and narratives for business and technology media, analysts, regulators, hyperscalers, and key customers.
• Build media and analyst relationships, lead briefings, and translate complex technical topics into compelling stories.
• Develop thought leadership, case studies, executive talking points, opinion pieces, and coordinated campaigns.
• Act as the global point person for crisis, regulatory, political, and other sensitive communications.
• Manage external PR, analyst relations, and potential public affairs agencies, budgets, tools, and communications processes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of communications experience, with strong agency experience or experience in a global technology organization.
• Degree in Communications, PR, Journalism, or a related field.
• Expertise in technology, AI, infrastructure, cloud, or data centers.
• Experience with media relations, analyst relations, content strategy, and crisis communications in regulated or politically sensitive environments.
• Executive presence, strategic judgment, resilience, adaptability, and the ability to influence senior leaders.
• Autonomous, hands-on, collaborative, and flexible with time zones and regular travel.

Nice to have

• Exposure to hyperscalers and the broader ecosystem, particularly Nvidia.
• Postgraduate or business background.
• Familiarity with media and analyst databases, social listening, monitoring, reporting, and collaboration tools.
