Senior Brand Designer

Location: Hybrid work in Amsterdam, Barcelona, Oslo, London, Berlin, or Bonn; remote applicants are not considered.

What you will do

• Lead branding projects from conception through execution and delivery.
• Create well-articulated design concepts and scale them across digital and physical outputs.
• Define design systems and guidelines for consistent brand experiences.
• Manage design quality from initial concept through production.
• Present work to internal teams and clients.
• Source and collaborate with creative developers, animators, photographers, filmmakers, sound designers, and other external partners.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional design experience; agency experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of screen-based brand expressions and demonstrated expertise in developing design systems.
• Proficiency in art direction.
• Ability to present brand work confidently and coherently to internal teams and clients.
• Ability to work independently and proactively within a transdisciplinary team.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.

Nice to have

• Experience with motion graphics, generative tools, or 3D design.
