Workplace Manager

Location: Onsite at the Frankfurt, Germany office

Salary: €91,932.96–€121,581.34 gross annual, plus potential bonus or other variable compensation.

hirify.global provides technology-enabled services for hirify.global, including grading, authentication, vaulting, and sales of collectibles through brands such as PSA, PCGS, Beckett, SGC, and Card Ladder.

What you will do

• Own workplace experience and facilities operations for the new PSA site in Frankfurt.
• Build and lead the local Workplace team, including hiring, training, coaching, and career development.
• Manage custodial, facilities equipment, and other vendors, including contracts, insurance, onboarding, and performance.
• Develop preventive maintenance programs and maintain safe, clean, reliable, and secure facilities.
• Oversee site administration, including mail, calendars, food and beverage, copiers, office supplies, and employee services.
• Lead health and safety initiatives, internal service requests, and continuous improvement projects with Operations, IT/Network, and Security.

Requirements

• 5+ years of management experience, including 3+ years in corporate Workplace and 1+ year in Operations preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Fluent German and English required for collaboration with international, cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication, planning, organizational, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to understand and communicate company policies and procedures and drive change in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements, including extended walking or standing, machinery exposure, and lifting or moving materials weighing 75+ pounds with assistance or proper equipment.

Nice to have

• Experience using Google Docs, Google Sheets, Slack, and similar tools.
