What you will do

• Produce engaging short-form video clips, motion graphic promos, image assets, and GIFs for the podcast slate.
• Collaborate with hosts and producers to identify compelling moments and craft effective storytelling arcs for social content.
• Optimize content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn, staying updated on algorithm changes.
• Track and analyze performance metrics to refine and iterate the creative strategy.
• Manage asset archives and develop production templates to improve workflow efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience creating short-form video (15s-3m) and motion assets for podcasts or media brands.
• Strong storytelling instincts and the ability to hook viewers and prompt action.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
• Ability to adapt creative tone to different show audiences and brand personalities.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines across multiple shows.
• Location: Must be based in New York
