Social Media Content Views Editor / Video Editor (Fluent in German)

What you will do

• Create social media content designed to drive views, likes, comments, and other attention metrics.
• Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, platform-native videos for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Optimize hooks, pacing, structure, retention, and creative performance through testing and iteration.
• Track platform algorithms, emerging formats, creator trends, and editing techniques.
• Contribute to brainstorms, kickoffs, meetings, and performance-driven creative strategy.
• Collaborate across departments and mentor creators, art directors, and copywriters on editing and optimization best practices.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional creative experience across social, streaming, AR, music, film, interactive, or related media.
• Proven experience as a video editor, preferably in advertising or digital media.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
• Strong end-to-end content creation skills, including video and motion design.
• Responsible, accountable, self-starting, and able to collaborate effectively under tight timelines.
• Fluent written and verbal German and English are essential; authorization to work in Germany is required.
