Freelance Video Editor / Motion Designer (AI Video)

What you will do

• Create episodic and long-form cutdowns with cliffhanger endings.
• Edit dialogue trailers, twist reveals, villain POVs, versus edits, lore drops, and fight montages.
• Produce comment-overlay hooks, fan edits, trend-driven cuts, and reaction-overlay content.
• Create headline-driven trailers featuring rankings, trending call-outs, and other social proof.
• Deliver finished edits within 1–3 days across multiple formats and styles.

Requirements

• Proven experience editing short-form or vertical video for TikTok, Reels, Shorts, or similar platforms.
• Working knowledge of AI video-generation tools such as Runway, Kling, Sora, Pika, or Luma, or the ability and motivation to learn them quickly.
• Strong understanding of hooks, pacing, and attention-grabbing openings in the first 1–2 seconds.
• Reliable communication and file delivery using tools such as Frame.io, Drive, or Dropbox.
• Must be based in the US for this remote role.

Nice to have

• Background in action, anime, gaming, or superhero content and fandoms.
• Motion graphics, VFX, or After Effects skills.
• Experience with AI voice, image, or video tools beyond basic prompting.
• Previous trailer, dialogue-editing, or reaction-content experience.
