Senior Shopper Marketing Manager - Myprotein

What you will do

• Lead the Customer & Shopper Marketing Strategy across Europe, with a primary focus on the UK.
• Develop and execute annual shopper marketing plans and budgets with UK and EU commercial teams.
• Collaborate with brand, product, and sales teams on integrated marketing plans and new product development.
• Build relationships with retail partners and create plans covering range, merchandising, NPD, and promotions.
• Oversee in-store and online promotional execution and maximize commercial impact.
• Use consumer and shopper behavior insights to shape brand strategy and improve execution.

Requirements

• Demonstrable shopper marketing experience across multiple environments.
• Experience managing and monitoring budgets to maximize ROI.
• Strong project management skills and experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Excellent internal and external communication skills.
• Experience developing and executing category management plans.
• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with experience supporting commercial retail teams and influencing strategic decisions.
