Senior Salesforce Developer (Salesforce)

What you will do

• Design solution options and recommendations that balance business needs with technical complexity.
• Maintain, refactor, enhance, and optimize a customized Salesforce application.
• Architect Salesforce applications, custom objects, and data models.
• Integrate Salesforce with internal and external systems through REST APIs and web services.
• Conduct unit, integration, and user acceptance testing while maintaining staging and production environments.
• Plan and execute Salesforce releases and upgrades, collaborating with Product, Business, Innovation, and Customer Care teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant engineering experience or similar experience.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce technologies including Apex, Visualforce, Aura, and LWC.
• Experience designing solutions in line with coding standards and the Software Development Life Cycle.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and own delivery from end to end.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Ruby on Rails or interest in backend development beyond the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Experience with marketing tools and data contracts.
