Associate, Network Intelligence

Location: Applicants are expected to work onsite in the San Francisco office in accordance with the hybrid working policy.

Salary: $120,000–$140,000 per year, plus benefits.

What you will do

• Analyze existing datasets to map and assess hirify.global’s global network and inform community engagement and growth strategies.
• Identify opportunities for strategic introductions, event invitations, and community expansion in collaboration with leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Work with the internal technology team to build and manage Salesforce customization projects and implement relevant systems.
• Maintain data integrity, documentation, data flows, and scalable network processes.
• Develop presentations and reports covering network status, success stories, and value creation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant industry experience and a bachelor’s degree with a strong academic background.
• Experience building systems that integrate and synthesize data from multiple sources to generate actionable insights.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-moving environment.
• Integrity, confidence, emotional intelligence, and the ability to navigate complex situations and lead diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Suite, Salesforce, Tableau, and Monday.com.
• Curiosity about the role of artificial intelligence in data mapping initiatives.
